We are committed to ensuring that our ticket shop is accessible and usable for all individuals, regardless of their abilities. We believe in providing an inclusive experience that empowers every user to navigate and interact with our ticket shop effectively and purchase tickets for events. This commitment aligns with national legislation implementing the EU Directive 2019/882 (European Accessibility Act).

To achieve our accessibility goals, our website aims to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA.

Our accessibility efforts are supported by an evaluation process conducted by an external consultant.

Our website incorporates numerous features designed to enhance accessibility:

Using our Website with Visual Disabilities

Text Alternatives: Most non-text content, including controls, input, sensory content and images include descriptive text that screen readers can interpret.

Structured Content: Pages use clear headings, labels, and a logical reading order, making it easier for screen readers to navigate.

No Reliance on Color Alone: Important information is not shown using color only - there are additional visual or text cues.

Contrast: Text meets color contrast ratios against its background color to improve legibility.

Zoom Support: You can zoom in up to 200% without losing content or functionality.

Avoiding Text in Images: We use real, scalable text rather than images of text to convey information.

Consistent Labels and Order: Form fields, buttons, and navigation elements follow a predictable order and use consistent, meaningful labels.

Using our Website with Hearing Disabilities:

Audio Control: You have control over audio content and volume.

No Audio-Only Information: All Information is also available visually and textually.

Using our Website with Motor Disabilities

Keyboard Accessibility: You can use most of the core functionality with a keyboard. All active elements, such as links, buttons, and form elements are accessible without a mouse.

No Keyboard Traps: You do not get stuck inside a popup or form field while navigating with the keyboard.

Visible Keyboard Focus: There is a visual cue indicating where you are when tabbing through the site.

Consistent Navigation: You benefit from consistent menu navigation across the application.

Orientation Support: The site works across devices and screen orientations (portrait or landscape).

Predictable Layout: Icons and buttons are placed consistently across the site.

Using our Website with Motion/Animation Sensitivity

No Flashing Content: We avoid flashing visuals or animations that could cause discomfort or seizures.

Static Interface: We avoid moving or blinking elements.

Tooltip Control: Hover or pop-up content does not block your view and remains easily accessible and dismissible.

Text Reflow: Content can be presented without loss of information or functionality and without requiring two-dimensional scrolling.

Form Guidance: All forms use clear labels, instructions, and show helpful error messages with suggestions.

Autocomplete Support: Forms are optimized to allow autofill to save time and reduce typing.

Errors: Error messages are clearly identified and accessible to assistive technology. We identify input errors and provide suggestions for correction. We reduce the risk of input errors and provide messaging where users can check their answers before saving data, particularly for legal, financial, or data-sensitive information.

Assistive Tech Compatibility: Our page language and code follows modern web standards, ensuring smooth interaction with screen readers, braille devices, and other assistive technologies.

While we strive for full accessibility, certain functionalities may be limited. Other aspects are not applicable for the current functionality of our ticket shop. This means that we do not provide the specific functionality or content types that the accessibility criteria address, and therefore, these requirements do not apply to the current scope of our services.

We are continuously working to improve the accessibility of our website. Your feedback is invaluable in this ongoing process. If you encounter any accessibility barriers while using our ticket shop or have suggestions for how we can enhance our accessibility, please do not hesitate to contact:

We are committed to responding to your feedback promptly and taking appropriate measures to address any reported issues, ensuring a better experience for all users.

If you are not satisfied with our response to your accessibility feedback, you have the right to contact the enforcement body responsible for accessibility of digital services in your country.

Privacyverklaring ticketshop (platform) – NUX

This ticket shop is operated by Next User Experience (NUX), a trade name of EventGoose NL B.V., Hutteweg 24, 7071 BV Ulft, the Netherlands, Chamber of Commerce 83550623. NUX provides this shop as a white-label ticketing platform to the organiser of the event you are buying a ticket for. This statement explains who is responsible for what, and what NUX itself does with your data.

The organiser (the party organising the event, as named in this shop) is the data controller for the data you enter when placing an order: your name, e-mail address, phone number, payment and order details and any support requests. The organiser decides what this data is used for, for example to deliver your tickets, grant you access and inform you about the event. How the organiser handles your data is described in the organiser's privacy policy, which you can find at the bottom of this page.

NUX is the data processor: we process that order data solely on behalf of the organiser, under a data processing agreement. For a limited number of matters, described below, NUX is the controller itself.

As operator of the platform, NUX processes the following for its own purposes:

Functional cookies and session data required to make the shop work (shopping cart, language selection, checkout). See the cookie settings at the bottom of this page.

Performance cookies (statistics) and marketing cookies, only after your consent via the cookie banner. Performance cookies help us measure how the shop is used and where visitors get stuck; marketing cookies allow the reach of campaigns for the event to be measured. The providers involved and the cookie lifetimes are listed in the cookie settings at the bottom of this page, where you can change or withdraw your choice at any time. If an organiser additionally enables its own integrations, for example for newsletters, SMS communication or advertising measurement on its own accounts, the organiser is responsible for those.

Technical log files, such as IP address, browser type, timestamp and requested pages. We use these for security, troubleshooting and preventing abuse and fraud. Legal basis: legitimate interest (a secure and functioning platform).

Support contact when you contact NUX directly at support@thisisnux.com.

NUX uses Vivenu GmbH (Germany) as the supplier of the ticketing system. Vivenu in turn uses service providers for hosting, e-mail delivery and content delivery, including Mailgun, Cloudflare, MapBox and Google. Payments are handled by Adyen N.V. (Amsterdam) or Stripe Payments Europe Ltd. (Dublin), depending on the organiser. Card details are entered directly with the payment provider; NUX does not store full card details and has no access to them.

Data is processed within the EU/EEA as a rule. Where processing outside the EU/EEA is necessary, we ensure appropriate safeguards in accordance with the GDPR, such as the European Commission's standard contractual clauses, supplemented by the EU-US Data Privacy Framework where the relevant party is certified under it.

Technical platform log files: 12 months, unless longer is required for an ongoing security investigation.

Order and ticket data: for as long as the organiser determines and the law requires (for example the 7-year Dutch tax retention obligation for payment records). The organiser's privacy policy applies here.

When our collaboration with an organiser ends, we delete or return that organiser's data, unless a statutory retention obligation prevents this.

You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and data portability.

Is your request about your order or tickets? Please contact the organiser, who is the responsible party. NUX supports the organiser in handling your request.

Is it about cookies, log files or contact with NUX? Please e-mail privacy@thisisnux.com.

You may also lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens, autoriteitpersoonsgegevens.nl).

NUX and its suppliers take appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data, including encrypted connections (TLS), access controls and logging. NUX has not appointed a data protection officer; privacy requests are handled by management. In the event of a data breach we notify the organiser without undue delay so that you can be informed where necessary.

NUX's full privacy and cookie statement is available at thisisnux.com/privacy-verklaring. This statement may be updated; the current version is always published on this page.
